Coform by Tris

From inspiration to every decision in your home.

Collect the images and agree on a direction. Turn that into selections, renderings and plans everyone can vote on. Then let Coform read your email, pull out what's actually happening, and keep the whole build on one page.

One project, three sides

Start with ideas. End with a binder your builder can work from.

Inspiration

Gather photos from anywhere, swipe to vote as a household, and see exactly where you agree, where you're still thinking, and where you don't.

Project binder

Everything the house is actually made of: selections and their options, renderings you can vote on, and the live set of plans, room by room.

Project office

Email recaps, action items, meetings on a calendar, site progress and a shared to-do list — the running of the job, in plain English.

Inside the app

From a pile of inspiration to a decision everyone signed off on.

01

Collect every idea in one place

Pinterest, your camera roll, or a photo taken on site — every image lands in the same project.

  • Auto-sync a Pinterest board
  • Drop in screenshots or a whole album
  • Snap a photo on site from your phone
02

Review together — swipe to vote

Yes to the right, no to the left. Add a note whenever something needs one.

  • Crop to the detail you actually mean
  • Mark it up — circle the tile, the trim, the hardware
  • Tag it to a room so it's findable later
03

See where you align

Agree, Considering, and Disagreements — sorted for you.

  • Talk it through inside the image
  • Understand the why behind a no
  • Re-vote and a disagreement moves to Agree
04

Turn a favorite into a real selection

Star an image and it becomes a selection in the binder — named, scheduled, and placed in the rooms it belongs to.

  • Pick the floor, then the room, then the exact spot
  • Keep several options under one item and mark one final pick
  • Turn down options without losing them
05

See the options side by side and vote

Renderings and selections sit together as options in one block, so everyone can weigh in before anything is final.

  • Drag one photo onto another to group them as options
  • Anyone with the link can vote — owners approve the winner
  • The approved one stays; the rest go quietly to archive
06

Redraw a room without starting over

Change a material, a cabinet door or a wall right on the photo — the rest of the room stays exactly as it is.

  • Circle the spot and say what should change
  • Attach a material or inspiration photo to the note
  • Save it as a new option instead of replacing the original
07

Your email, finally readable

Connect Gmail and every message about the house comes back as a short recap — who said what, and what's waiting on you.

  • Follow a Gmail folder and it all pulls in automatically
  • Grouped by conversation, not by every single email
  • Ask a question and get an answer from your own emails
08

Keep the build moving

Site photos, meeting dates and a shared to-do list, all on the front page of the project.

  • Assign a task to someone with a due date
  • Meetings from your email land on the project calendar
  • Photos and videos from site, in order, by date
09

Share it with everyone who needs it

Send a live link or a full PDF, with comments and markups attached.

  • Filter first — send only cabinetry to the carpenter
  • Guests can view, comment and vote without an account
  • Choose exactly which sections are public

What's in the binder

Every decision, filed where you'll look for it.

Selections, drawings and notes all point back to the same rooms from your floor plans, so nothing lives in a separate spreadsheet. It works the same on your phone as it does on a laptop.

Selections

One line per item, with photos, manufacturer, product, finish, size and price. Options live inside the item; the final pick drives the gallery and the export.

Renderings

Paste or upload renderings, group them as options, vote, and approve the one that wins. Archive whatever no longer serves the house.

Plans

One live set of floor plans in folders you name, plus window, cabinetry and 3D walkthrough links — older uploads stay saved as history.

Rooms

Every room from your plans, arranged the way you want them, with the selections, renderings and notes attached.

Progress

Photos, videos and notes from site in date order, so anyone can catch up on the build without a phone call.

Calendar

Site walks, calls and appointments — picked up from your email or added by hand, with duplicates cleaned up for you.

Communication

Plain-English recaps of every email chain about the house, the action items pulled out of them, and an AI you can just ask.

Cabinet builder

Draw cabinetry elevations on desktop, in the materials you already chose. On a phone the drawings are there to view.

Public view

Let a builder or architect look, without another login.

Share one link — on your own domain if you want — and choose which sections it shows. Guests can browse, comment and suggest options, but nothing they add becomes a final decision until you say so.

Architects · Designers · Builders

Your clients arrive already aligned.

Skip the endless screenshot threads. Review a decided set of images, see why each one was chosen, mark up exactly what works, and send filtered concept sheets straight to the trade that needs them.

  • Vote a whole queue in seconds
  • AI recap of owner feedback
  • Redline the exact detail
  • Export by category or trade
