Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Coform Collective ("Coform"), the app at coformcollective.com and coform.space. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you're using Coform on behalf of a business or project team, you confirm you're authorized to accept them.

Coform is a collaborative home-design platform. You create projects, upload inspiration images and documents, vote and comment with your team, track selections and schedules, and share a public binder with anyone you choose. Optional features include AI-assisted image editing and rendering, and a read-only Gmail connection that summarizes project-related email into your Communication hub.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 13 years old to use Coform.

You own the images, plans, notes, comments, and other content you upload. By using Coform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, showing your project to the teammates and share-link holders you choose.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Project owners control membership, roles, and public share links. Anyone with a public link can view — and where enabled, vote and comment on — that project's shared content. You're responsible for who you invite and what you share publicly.

If you connect your Google account, you authorize Coform to read email conversations matching your project's keywords, contacts, and addresses so they can be summarized into your Communication hub. Access is read-only: Coform cannot send, delete, or modify your email. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which immediately deletes the connection token. Use of Gmail data is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output (summaries, renderings, suggestions) is provided as assistance, not professional advice. Construction, engineering, and design decisions should be verified with qualified professionals. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• Use Coform for anything unlawful or to harass others
• Attempt to access other users' projects or data without authorization
• Interfere with or overload the service, or probe its security
• Scrape or bulk-export content you don't have rights to
• Misrepresent AI-generated renderings as photographs of a finished build

Some features may require a paid plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can delete your projects or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When a project is deleted, its content is removed within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

Coform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coform Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
