How Coform Collective works

Coform Collective is a collaborative design platform at coformcollective.com. It gives Owners and the Pros they hire one project to collect inspiration in, agree on a direction, and then keep every selection, plan, rendering and room decision together in one binder — without the endless screenshot thread.

1. Collect everything in one place

Coform Collective pulls in a whole Pinterest board and keeps syncing new pins on its own. You can also upload straight from your camera roll, snap a photo on site, or drop in plans, renderings and product links. Every image lands in the same project instead of five different group chats.

2. Review privately, so nobody sways anybody

Each person swipes through the project and votes yes, maybe, or no. Votes stay hidden until everyone has had a turn, so the loudest opinion in the room doesn't decide the kitchen. You can leave a comment, attach a photo, tag the room it belongs to, or suggest a different image in its place.

Review
Yes

"Love the warm oak — but softer lighting."

3. See where you actually agree

Agreed images sort themselves into rooms — kitchen, primary bath, exterior — so the whole house is organised without filing anything. Instead of arguing about everything, you talk about the handful of images you genuinely see differently.

4. Turn the agreement into a real project binder

The Design Binder holds the decisions: selections and materials with photos, prices and links, floor plans and documents, renderings, cabinet layouts and room-by-room checklists. Share one link with your builder, or download it as a PDF or spreadsheet.

Everything inside Coform Collective

Inspiration board

Pinterest sync, uploads and on-site photos, private yes / maybe / no voting, tags, comments and markups, and filters for what's agreed, still open, or turned down.

Room by room

Every room gets its own page with the agreed images, the finishes chosen for it, its plans and cabinetry. You can hide images you don't need in a room without removing them from Inspiration.

Selections and materials

Tile, paint, fixtures, appliances and more — each with photos, product links, prices, options to compare, and a Final pick. Anything left as TBD is highlighted so it never slips through.

Plans and documents

Floor plans, site and landscape drawings, permits and spec sheets, kept in one place and viewable by anyone you share with.

Renderings

Keep rendering sets together, view them full screen, and pull them into room pages and downloads.

Cabinet builder

Sketch a room in plan view or start from a single wall, lay out cabinets, and save the layout to the room it belongs to.

Concierge

Ask questions about your own project in plain language, or paste a photo, a link or a PDF and say where it should go — a selection, an inspiration room, or your plans — and it files it for you.

Public share link

Builders, architects and family can view the project without an account, comment and suggest photos. Add your own web address for a more polished link; the Coform link keeps working alongside it.

Downloads

PDFs for inspiration, renderings, cabinet designs and a selections picture book, plus a materials spreadsheet for pricing and ordering.
