How Coform Collective works
Coform Collective is a collaborative design-alignment platform at coformcollective.com. It gives Owners and the Pros they hire one project to collect inspiration in, vote on it, and agree on a direction — without the endless screenshot thread.
1. Collect everything in one place
Coform Collective pulls in a whole Pinterest board and keeps syncing new pins on its own. You can also upload straight from your camera roll or snap a photo on site with Quick Capture. Every image lands in the same project instead of five different group chats.
2. Review privately, so nobody sways anybody
Each person swipes through the project and votes yes, maybe, or no. Votes stay hidden until everyone has had a turn, so the loudest opinion in the room doesn't decide the kitchen. You can leave a comment, attach a photo, or suggest a different image in its place.
"Love the warm oak — but softer lighting."
3. See where you actually agree
The Matches page splits everything into Agree, Considering, and Disagreements. Instead of arguing about the whole house, you talk about the handful of images you genuinely see differently — and your pro can endorse the winner.
4. Hand your pro a real brief
Export a mood board or a full concept page with everyone's comments and markups baked in. Your designer, architect, or builder gets a filtered brief instead of a folder of screenshots.
