Coform Collective FAQ
What is Coform Collective?
Coform Collective is a collaborative design platform at coformcollective.com. Owners and the Pros they hire collect inspiration in one project, vote yes, maybe, or no on each image, and then keep every selection, plan, rendering and room decision together in one binder.
Is Coform Collective the same as Coform?
Yes. Coform Collective is the full name of the app you'll find at coformcollective.com and coform.space — same project, same login.
Is Coform Collective free?
Yes — Coform Collective is completely free right now. We're keeping it free while we gather your reviews and feedback so we can make it the best it can be. In the future we may introduce paid plans, but today every feature is free for you and your team.
How is Coform Collective different from Pinterest?
Pinterest is for collecting. Coform Collective is for deciding and then building. You can sync a whole Pinterest board in, vote on the pins privately, and turn what you agree on into a real project binder your builder can work from.
Can I sync my Pinterest board?
Yes. Paste your board URL and Coform Collective imports the pins, then keeps syncing new ones automatically. You can also upload from your camera roll or take a photo on site.
Does everyone see my votes right away?
No. Votes stay private while people review, so nobody is swayed. Coform Collective then shows agreements, maybes, and the images that need a conversation.
Can I comment on a specific part of an image?
Yes. You can circle or redline a detail, attach a photo, or suggest a replacement image — and all of it comes through on the share link and the downloads.
What is the Design Binder?
It's the working record of your project: selections and materials with photos, links and prices, floor plans and documents, renderings, cabinet layouts, and a page for every room that gathers all of it in one place.
How do rooms work?
Images and finishes are tagged to a room, so the kitchen page shows the kitchen inspiration, the kitchen selections, its plans and its cabinetry. You can hide an image from a room without removing it from Inspiration.
How do I track finishes and prices?
Add each item — tile, paint, fixtures, appliances — with photos, a product link, a price and any options you're comparing, then mark the Final pick. Anything still marked TBD is highlighted so it doesn't get overlooked.
Can I plan cabinets?
Yes. The cabinet builder lets you start from a bird's-eye view of the room or from a single wall, lay out cabinets, and save the layout to that room.
What is the Concierge?
It's the assistant built into your project. Ask it anything about your own house — what tile is in the primary bath, what's still undecided — or paste a photo, link or PDF and tell it where it belongs, and it files it into selections, inspiration or plans.
Can my designer, architect, or builder join?
Yes. Invite them as a pro, or send them the public link — no account needed. They can view the binder, comment, and suggest photos, and everything they add is marked as a suggestion.
Can I use my own web address for the shared project?
Yes. Add your own domain in project settings and follow the steps shown there. Your Coform link keeps working the whole time, and your own address becomes the main link once it's connected.
Can I download or print the project?
Yes. You can download PDFs for inspiration, renderings, cabinet designs and a selections picture book, plus a materials spreadsheet for pricing and ordering.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Reviewing, photographing finishes on site, adding notes and browsing the binder all work on a phone as well as a laptop.
